There is an array of sushi items, including such hard- to-find items as blue fin tuna, uni (sea urchin) and quail eggs, but where the restaurant really shines is in its array of intriguing rolls. The wasabi is the real thing, and they use white pickled ginger, a relatively rare commodity.
The Spicy Baked Lobster Roll was one of the evening's best selections with California rolls on the bottom, lobster pieces on top, and the whole thing is baked with TNT (a creamy sriracha sauce) and eel sauce, then decorated with a green bamboo leaf...
It was deliciously refreshing.
